Keeping in line

We swear by our eyeliners. Liquid ones.
Love the pencils, but we find ourselves accumulating a drawer of smudge proof liners that DOES NOT even work.
Before you blame it on your malfunctioning lids, heres a tip.

1) apply liner (pencil/gel/liquid, whichever)
2) SET liner by patting powder on it (same colour or translucent)
3) BORDER up the waterline, below the liner by sweeping translucent powder in the dotted area shown in diagram. it acts as a wall that prevents the liner from spreading downwards:

usually liners smudge due to oily lids, and the powder helps absorb oil, acting as a barrier. T///
